Out in the fields of rape, away from the town lights and reasonably near the sea is the best place to spot the UFOs.

Both Des and David have seen them, and generally there seems to be a high incidence of sightings in the Oldton area. (Or is this just something to do with the nearby airfield?)

Perhaps it's the aliens who took the people of Oldton away. Maybe my dad is alive and well and living on another planet, looking down (or up?) at me. Does that make him some kind of alien?

Don't tarry in these fields, by the way, and definitely don't chew any of the grass. There are nasty parasites out there. Just ask Jonathan.
