Here is another piece of the Oldton map with just enough detail on it to locate three separate testimonies.

The map shows a single road that leads out (I think) to the hospital. This is the road that Sibyl refers to as the "difficult road to well-being".

Locals who aren't so optimistic about where a trip to the hospital might ultimately lead call it "the slippery slope".

It is somewhere along this road that Fiona lost her dad around Christmas time. And out in those blank spaces beyond the road, Sandra sets traps for her father, as part of an elaborate & moving game of emotional hide and seek.
